  • Forty gms of Parmesan cheese.
  • 3 tbsp of vinegar.
  • 2 tbsp of Olive oil.
  • 3 tbsp of sea salt.
  • 1 tsp dried thyme.
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder.
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha.
  • 1tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

Utensils Needed To Prepare Pasta Chips

To make crunchy pasta chips, you need some utensils. They include a large pot, colander, three bowls, a fine grater, three baking sheets, and parchment paper.  

Instruction 

Step1

Take the large pot and fill it with water. Add salt to the water, so the pasta attains the salty taste right in the beginning. 

Next, put it on the pan. Bring this to a boil. Now put the pasta into the water and bring it to cook until al dente. Now when it reaches the required softness, drain the water. 

Divide the pasta equally between three bowls. Now grate the Parmesan cheese. This is the first step of pasta chips.

Step 2

Now that you have put three different bowls of pasta, preheat the oven to a temperature of around 200-degree to 400 degrees and centigrade. Take the first bowl and add a bit of vinegar, half of the olive oil, and the required salt. Keep it aside.

Now take the second bowl, and add the remaining olive oil and the garlic powder. Also, add the thyme, remaining salt, and grated Parmesan. Keep this one aside too.

Finally, take the third bowl to add the lime juice, vegetable oil, garlic, coriander powder, and sriracha sauce. 

Finally, mix all three bowls of pasta well and mix it properly so that the coating with seasonings is done properly.

Step 3

For the final step of your, transfer the pasta to separate baking sheets lined with parchment paper. You can bake it under the aforementioned temperature. You could also deep fry them to get the desired results. Make sure that your fried pasta attains the ultimate level of crispiness and crunchiness. 

How To Make Pasta Chips In The Air Frier?
